Church = fun? FUN... :)

Once upon a time... There lived 3 pretty, awesome, ferocious girls somewhere in the middle of somewhere. They loved going to church. Every Sunday, these girls go to church at 9am till 2pm (time varies accordingly). But Sundays weren't enough. They just had to have more of church. It wasn't just church to them. Not only was it a place to meet God, but also a place to meet long lost friends. Hm... Friends that are lost for the rest of the week ler. :P Other than friends, they had duties too. Such as ... Stuff la! Not only that, they even have to teach children how to memorise the whole book of Revelations! Nah, just kidding. :P

We've looked through their long lost documents (the real documents made out of silk and written with the best quality ink there was in those days) and decided to honour them by posting it up here.

Sundays
I went to church this morning in my beautiful carriage. Late again for my piano duty in sunday school. But I was just being fashionably late! Too bad the others didn't think so, they already had a replacement for me. But when they saw my grumpy, ferocious face, they decided to let me play afterall. :P:P:P After playing, I met some brothers and sisters outside the door. "Hey sista! How's you? Lets go down eat!" Hahaha... Then I was greeted by a sister too. "Hey cousin, thou art more lovely today. I can't have the honour to dine with you today for I have a class. I'm very much sorry as you are." Disappointed, I lifted my big and heavy skirts up and went down to the cafe and went down with the weird 'hip-hopper'.

Cafe=food. Food=eat. Eat=fat. Fat=fat la! What else can you be? :P So, we ate and ate and ate till all our buttons burst. While eating, the other ferocious and I had big dreams. Dreams of putting Mask of Zorro 3 on screens. Starring Andrew Cheong, co-starring Andrew Cheong also. Lions - Wei Shin and Kelvin. Setting - in the desert where lions live. Costumes - plastic bags and toilet rolls, masking tape (we have to cut cost, not rich enough :P)

Scene 1: Mask of Zorro jumps out from nowhere. His costume beautifully made by us - big black garbage bag as his cape. And because his cape is made out of plastic bag, we unfortunately cannot have the effect we first wanted but settled with second best. Original cape sound - Whoosh, swish type of noise. The plastic bag cape sound - Shi sha shi sha type of noise. Unfortunately, our star is having height problems. He somehow or other hasn't drank enough enfagrow and cannot achieve the height of our original Mr. Zorro, we had to spend more money to buy some high heels for him. Wanting to cut cost, Hui Yii came up with the PERFECT solution - toilet rolls stuck onto his shoes. Good, huh? :D His mask, also because we wanted to save money, was made by sticking masking tape onto his face.

Then comes in the lions. Sand is being scattered and blew about to give the desert effect.
Lions: "ROAR!!!" "rrrrrooooAAAARRRR!!!" [must ask Hui Yii to show you the way it has to be done. :P:P:P]
*camera does a short documentary on them*
*camera suddenly is being pulled back and Mr. Zorro 3 is seen scolding some camera men in the back drop*

"Help~" Mrs Zorro soon-to-be screams. (Andrew turning from one side to the other, only changing wigs and voices, the costume too hard to be changed that quickly, finds himself in a tough spot. That's what he gets for wanting two roles! :P) Zorro zoomed down with his noisy cape at her and caught her up before she gets eaten by the ferocious lions. "Ahh~ My hero...~" *Andrew wraps his arms around himself and his back facing the camera (camera trick :P)*

The two lions managed to escape from the ferocious hands of Zorro and Zorro and Mrs Zorro lived happily ever after...

The End~

After telling and imagining the story, the Tee sisters decided to be movie directors from now on. *clap clap clap*

The purpose of going to church on Sundays - to serve God in church. Also to talk talk talk. :P

Saturdays
We go to church. Enjoy God's presence during worship. :):):) It's just so... special, so different, so touching to be in God's presence, don't you think so? :D Sometimes duty also for Holy Communion or play the piano that day. Huhuhu... Then, pastor's short message, very practical and interesting. Can be applied in our daily lives. :) After that, we go down to the cafe to talk talk talk. Hehehe... Get closer to care group members. Though... It's quite hard to do so when the speakers are just above our heads. TOO loud d!

The purpose - know more about God. Get to worship Him and sing as loud as you want and no one can hear you! :P:P:P Right, Hui Yii? Hahaha...

Fridays
Care group at home.
We sing horribly. :P Then discuss pastor's last message, how it can help us. Then talk some more. We just can't stop talking you know. :P:P:P Get to know care group members even better. Then end with refreshments (durians one time. :P).

All night prayer.
Sing older songs. Like... The ones we hear our parents sing. Hahaha... But nice also ler, something else for a change. Then praying in tongues. Spiritual purging. Hahaha... It sort of cleanses your soul and you'll feel more peaceful. :) But it can get a bit monotonous if you're not used to it. So be prepared and don't fall asleep during it! :P:P:P Then some songs in between. Then end with prayer.

There are even Wednesdays!
Wednesdays - bible classes. :P

Now you guys know why I spend half of my week in church. Hmm... Wanna join me? :P

These three ferocious girls lived happily ever after, at least, enjoyed church ever after and know that their future is secured in God's hands. IS YOURS??? Think about it... :)
